Simply email us the filled-out Startup Path materials within 60-days from original purchase date. Send the email to returns@firmtree.com, stating that you would like a 'money back guarantee' refund. Attach all the filled-out materials you used. We just want to see that you gave it a shot and it's ok if it didn't work for you. We'll issue a refund with the same payment type you bought with. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your refund.
